| Photo & Signature | The candidate’s photograph must be a recent passport-size photo with a light or white background. | Aadhaar Card | The Aadhaar number is required at the time of form filling, and the original Aadhaar card must be produced during PET and document verification. |

| Caste / Category Certificates (If Applicable) | Candidates must possess a valid SC/ST certificate, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate, or EWS certificate of the latest financial year, as applicable. The certificate must be issued in the government-prescribed format. |
| PwBD / Disability Certificate (If Applicable) | Candidates must have a Benchmark Disability Certificate issued by an authorized medical board, with the disability percentage clearly mentioned. |
